Absolutely amazing!!!

Really could not fault this hotel. We stayed in a hillside villa with private pool and oh my god I could not believe the view, it was gorgeous! The pool is a very generous size for private use. The room was exceptionally clean and a gorgeous design. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really couldn’t do more to help you. They have gold buggy’s that transport you around the resort and appear within a minute of your call. The food at the hotel was excellent with one restaurant setting being on the beach. We had a fantastic stay and would highly highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Absolutely nothing! Only that our stay was not longer :(

Nice relaxing hotel with pleasant staff and facilities.

Breakfast was ok, not the best ever, but nice enough. coffee was decent and staff were friendly

There are no restaurants etc within walking distance of the hotel, you need to take transport everywhere which was a bit irritating. However you were between Chaweng, Melia and not too far to Fisherman's Village so that was the upside. There was no actual beach at the hotel, it's all rocks and I wouldn't say suitable for swimming, which perhaps if we had done better research we would have realised. The pools are amazing though and the swim up bars are very nice.

Fantastic Relaxing

Lovely large and quiet villa with good size pool and fantastic views (Room 813).Quick access to transport buggy, to and from room. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good restaurant on the waters edge, which was reasonably priced. Gym was adequate. Beach towels provided for use and complimentry bottled water daily.

Only one complimentary transfer to Chaweng at 4pm daily. Private pool overlooked by other villas. We could see into the villa (below ours) bathroom/toilet area and felt a bit exposed in our own outside shower. No plastic cups provided for use around the pool. We accidentally broke a glass and we were charged for a replacement. No airport pick up and although less than a km from the airport, taxis are charging 400 baht for the one way trip. Can't really swim in the ocean here, but we didn't mind that as we had a pool villa. Hotel pools close for swimming 8pm. No shops/ 7/11 nearby.

Amazing private suite with a pool, beautiful view, excellent service, and wonderful stay!

What a beautiful amazing pool villa/suite! We even got an upgrade for our honeymoon, and many thanks to Nora Buri management for that. The suite had its private pool, wonderful view and right on the beach front! Staff were all so friendly, helpful, and great. We thank every single person for all their help there. Food I should add was very delicious with many choices to select from!

Nothing was not liked to be honest; perfect stay!

Very Good

The privacy of the pool was amazing. The room size was good. The breakfast was good and have many choices. The atmosphere is good for couples. To have a better stay I recommend to have the private pool.

The bugs, but rare to have in the room because they have tools to eliminate most of them.

Lovely staff, amazing private pools and great spa- would recommend!

Beautiful pools, convenient buggies for movement around the resort, good food, peaceful and private. The private pool at our villa was incredible.

Beach isn’t usable (rocky) but the two pools are very nice Slightly removed from town so to go anywhere there you needed a taxi - not a huge pain and cheap enough but a bit annoying

We stayed here for 10 nights for a friends wedding, and...

We stayed here for 10 nights for a friends wedding, and could not fault the hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and the rooms/hotel were exceptionally well presented. The location was also beautiful. The breakfast was delicious everyday and pool bar was awesome although a little more expensive that can be found in town. If you are considering getting married here I would definitely suggest you put it top of your list. Overall- 10/10

The only draw back was the fact that there was a large number of step up to the room, however there are buggies to drive you to your room if required

Honeymoon review

We had a hillside pool room and it was beautiful! The resort was easy to get around with the carts. The pool bar was also beautiful. The wifi was great. The food was great. The photos are totally accurate of the hillside pool villa it really was the most spectacular view and a beautiful place to spend the first week of our honeymoon.

I understand previous reviews about the beach not being great which was why I chose a hillside pool room and glad I did. Room service food was awful. Restaurant food was good so maybe we just got room service on a bad night. Town’s a little far away, can’t walk there but tuk tuk’s and cabs are very easy to get right outside the hotel. Everything at the resort was super expensive so worth the trip to town for meals, drinks massages etc. that being said, we still had an amazing time on our honeymoon in our villa. If we came back to Koh Samui we would stay further down the island with the nice sandy beaches closer to town. But if you’re looking for some romantic seclusion Nora Buri was great

The rooms were fab and the whole scenic experience.

Lack of English language by staff ...too many tourists come all staff shd be speaking in 5***** resort . Need a life guard at the pools and stop kids from jumping

Could be a proper 5 star hotel with better customer service.

Beautiful hotel and free shuttle bus to the centre. Close to the airport.

Customer service from the reception desk was not in keeping with the rest of the hotel.

Stuff were great , they change our roon with a v pool villa for free and the pool view over the heel was wonderful .

Accounting department of hotel has many problem , I asked them to pay cash in order to avoid credit card exchange but .. Beside this on the check out time every body with name Amir was put in my bill.

It was ok.

The room was clean and big. Breakfast was good.

The hotel was especially hilly. You have to be strong and healthy to walk up and down the hill to get to your room. The beach was very rocky. No one goes there! The restaurant is ok, but food was way too expensive. They don't have too many choices for you. We also couldn't find any stores or places to eat around the hotel. We ended up renting a car.

I didn’t like the insects every where My opinion is to remove all the trees and grass Because who will com to hotel doesn’t need that. And all people com’s for beach not to stay close to the trees and grass etc .

Perfect stay at Nora Buri Resort

I loved absolutely everything about the hotel and it’s surroundings. My partner and I were on a 3 week holiday to Thailand and this was our favourite hotel out of all of the places we stayed which were all 4 and 5 star hotels too.

Nothing could’ve been better. Everything was exceptional

Amazing hotel with amazing staff and amazing facilities, highly recommended.

The breakfast was really really good. Generally, the atmosphere at the hotel was superb. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was super big and considering what we paid, i really enjoyed. The facilities were beyond expectations including the pool and food. We came here for our honeymoon and would recommend this for couples.

They had two weddings during our stay for which they informed us on the day as opposed to before our stay. Our room was abit far from the wedding functions but we could hear the noise.
