Exceptional

Beautiful resort, not the best location but easy to get taxis. Great for relaxing as the pools are amazing. I wouldn't recommend for families with young kids or people with mobility issues as not much to do besides swim and eat and can be difficult with getting around on the buggies as the whole property is on a steep hill but for adults who want to just rest and relax it was amazing. The staff drive the buggies (golf cart) to get you around the property and they are helpful amd friendly.. (Still steps etc which could be hard for prams)

Everything staff was amazing and could not do enough for you. Facilities are amazing both pools are fantastic views. There for a wedding which was amazing , staff and hotel put on fantastic service. The whole place was just fantastic

Amazing private suite with a pool, beautiful view, excellent service, and wonderful stay!

What a beautiful amazing pool villa/suite! We even got an upgrade for our honeymoon, and many thanks to Nora Buri management for that. The suite had its private pool, wonderful view and right on the beach front! Staff were all so friendly, helpful, and great. We thank every single person for all their help there. Food I should add was very delicious with many choices to select from!

Absolutely amazing!!!

Really could not fault this hotel. We stayed in a hillside villa with private pool and oh my god I could not believe the view, it was gorgeous! The pool is a very generous size for private use. The room was exceptionally clean and a gorgeous design. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They really couldn’t do more to help you. They have gold buggy’s that transport you around the resort and appear within a minute of your call. The food at the hotel was excellent with one restaurant setting being on the beach. We had a fantastic stay and would highly highly recommend to anyone visiting Koh Samui!

Breakfast could do with abit more of a English/western breakfast

The sea view pool needs TLC loads of tiles cracked and the pointing needs doing.

Nice relaxing hotel with pleasant staff and facilities.

Breakfast was ok, not the best ever, but nice enough. coffee was decent and staff were friendly

There are no restaurants etc within walking distance of the hotel, you need to take transport everywhere which was a bit irritating. However you were between Chaweng, Melia and not too far to Fisherman's Village so that was the upside. There was no actual beach at the hotel, it's all rocks and I wouldn't say suitable for swimming, which perhaps if we had done better research we would have realised. The pools are amazing though and the swim up bars are very nice.

Lovely staff, amazing private pools and great spa- would recommend!

Beautiful pools, convenient buggies for movement around the resort, good food, peaceful and private. The private pool at our villa was incredible.

Beach isn’t usable (rocky) but the two pools are very nice Slightly removed from town so to go anywhere there you needed a taxi - not a huge pain and cheap enough but a bit annoying

Very Good

The privacy of the pool was amazing. The room size was good. The breakfast was good and have many choices. The atmosphere is good for couples. To have a better stay I recommend to have the private pool.

The bugs, but rare to have in the room because they have tools to eliminate most of them.

Very clean, friendly staff and excellent food. Needs a refresh and better shuttle service.

We loved the view , quietness and the restaurant.

We thought the hotel is starting to show its age and its calling for a refresh. Considering that the hotel location is not close to any attractions the shuttle option is very limited ( once a day in one direction only)

Fantastic Relaxing

Lovely large and quiet villa with good size pool and fantastic views (Room 813).Quick access to transport buggy, to and from room. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Good restaurant on the waters edge, which was reasonably priced. Gym was adequate. Beach towels provided for use and complimentry bottled water daily.

Only one complimentary transfer to Chaweng at 4pm daily. Private pool overlooked by other villas. We could see into the villa (below ours) bathroom/toilet area and felt a bit exposed in our own outside shower. No plastic cups provided for use around the pool. We accidentally broke a glass and we were charged for a replacement. No airport pick up and although less than a km from the airport, taxis are charging 400 baht for the one way trip. Can't really swim in the ocean here, but we didn't mind that as we had a pool villa. Hotel pools close for swimming 8pm. No shops/ 7/11 nearby.

Couldn't be happier with my experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious and immaculately clean.

very minor thing, wifi asks you to re-login every few hours, which is quite uncomfortable
